I had been thinking about a Blog topic over the weekend then I came across
an Ad related to Android so thought why not write about it. 2009 had been a
make and break year for Android. It was during this time technology had
reached the hands of the multitude and people had started noticing the wonders the magic box in their hand carried.
Android is a mobile operating system used by mobile phones and a wide range
of other devices.
It is a free open source software and the preferred license is Apache
Software License 2.0. The key difference between Android and other smart
phone systems is that it is open for modification. It gives vendors the
opportunity to customize their products based on their own preferences.
HTC, Samsung, Motorola, LG, Sony Ericsson have come up with smart phones
using this technology.
Android Market is an online store developed by Google for android devices
making it easier to explore the world of apps, games and information. This
is not an open source.
